Our Service

Birdie Bag provides a platform to help disc golf players:

• Track and catalog their disc collection
• Report lost discs
• Report found discs
• Connect disc finders with disc owners

Our lost and found feature is and will always be free to use.

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Birdie Bag
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

User Responsibilities

When using Birdie Bag, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your discs
• Act in good faith when reporting lost or found discs
• Make reasonable efforts to return found discs to their rightful owners
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Respect the privacy and property rights of other users
• Not abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Lost and Found Process

For Disc Finders:

• You are encouraged to report found discs through our platform
• You should make reasonable efforts to contact the owner
• Local laws and disc golf etiquette apply regarding found property

For Disc Owners:

• Mark your discs with contact information to improve recovery chances
• Report lost discs as soon as possible
• Respond promptly to recovery notifications
• Be respectful when coordinating with finders

Limitation of Liability

Birdie Bag provides a platform to facilitate disc recovery, but:

• We do not guarantee that lost discs will be found or returned
• We are not responsible for the actions of users
• We cannot verify the accuracy of user-submitted information
• We are not liable for any disputes between users
• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero for the free lost and found features)

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Intellectual Property

The Birdie Bag service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Birdie Bag and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
